Below is a checklist of all of the rare weapons, sorceries, pyromancies, and miracles that are needed for trophies or achievements in Dark Souls. This list is meant to accompany my Darks Souls Remastered video series which can be found HERE.

Rare Weapons - Knight's Honor Trophy

Astora's Straight Sword - In front of the undead dragon in the Valley of Drakes.

Black Iron Great Shield - On a corpse to the left of the painting that takes you to the Painted World of Ariamis in Anor Londo.

Black Knight Greateaxe - Rare drop from a Black Knight that is using an axe.

Black Knight Greatsword - Rare drop from a Black Knight that is using a greatsword.

Black Knight Halberd -  Rare drop from a Black Knight that is using an halberd.

Black Knight Shield - Rare drop from all Black Knights.

Black Knight Sword - Rare drop from a Black Knight that is using an sword.

Blood Shield - On the bridge that is being guarded by an undead dragon in The Painted World of Ariamis.

Channeler's Trident - Rare drop from a channeler.

Chaos Blade - Crafted. Requires Quelaag's Soul and a +10 Uchigatana or Iaito.

Crescent Axe - Purchase from Patches, the Hyena or dropped when you kill him.

Crest Shield - Dropped by Oscar of Astora (The knight that gives you the estus flask) after you kill him when you return to the Undead Asylum.

Crystal Ring Shield - Crafted. Requires Moonlight Butterfly's Soul and a +10 shield.

Dark Hand - Acquired when you join the Darkwraith Covenant or rare drop from a Darkwraith Knight (New Londo Ruins).

Darkmoon Bow - Crafted. Requires Gwyndolin's Soul and a +10 bow.

Dragon Greatsword - Cut the Stone Dragon's tail of in Ash Lake.

Dragon Crest Shield - Being guarded by the Undead Dragon in the Valley of Drakes.

Dragon's Tooth - Found in a chest in a secret area in Anor Londo. It's in the room on the left after leaving the bonfire after the Anor Londo Archers. It's behind an illusionary wall in the fireplace.

Dragonbone Fist - Crafted. Requires Iron Golem's Soul and a +10 Caestus.

Dragonking Greataxe - Cut the Gaping Dragon's tail off.

Dragonslayer Greatbow - Jump out of the broken window that is above the main entrance door to the 'cathedral' part of Anor Londo.

Dragonslayer Spear - Crafted. Requires Ornstein's Soul and a +10 spear or rapier.

Drake Sword - Cut the Hellkite Wyvern's tail off.

Effigy Shield - In Tomb of the Giants. After the fog wall, drop to the lower level on the left and follow it back toward the start of the tomb.

Gargoyle Tail Axe - Cut the first Bell Gargoyle's tail off.

Giant's Halberd - Purchase from the giant blacksmith in Anor Londo for 5000 souls.

Golem Axe - Crafted. Requires Iron Golem's Soul and a +10 axe.

Grant - In Tomb of the Giants, once you leave the dark part, you'll walking along a cliff. if in human form, you'll be invaded by Leeroy, a black phantom. He drops it when you kill him.

Great Lord Greatsword - Crafted. Requires Gwyn's Soul and a +10 sword.

Greatshield of Artorias - Crafted. Requires Sif's Soul and a +10 shield.

Greatsword of Artorias - Crafted. Requires Sif's Soul and a +10 BROKEN sword.

Greatsword of Artorias - Crafted. Requires Sif's Soul and a +10 sword.

Havel's Greatshield - Found in a chest in a secret area in Anor Londo. It's in the room on the left after leaving the bonfire after the Anor Londo Archers. It's behind an illusionary wall in the fireplace.

Lifehunt Scythe - Crafted. Requires Priscilla's Soul and a +10 Halberd or Scythe.

Moonlight Butterfly Horn - Crafted. Requires Moonlight Butterfly's Soul and a +10 spear or rapier.

Moonlight Greatsword - Cut Seath the Scaleless' tail off during the boss fight in Crystal Cave.

Priscilla's Dagger - Cut Crossbreed Priscilla's tail off during the boss fight in The Painted World of Ariamis.

Quelaag's Furysword - Crafted. Requires Quelaag's Soul and a +10 scimitar or falchion.

Sanctus - In Tomb of the Giants, once you leave the dark part, you'll walking along a cliff. if in human form, you'll be invaded by Leeroy, a black phantom. He drops it when you kill him.

Silver Knight Shield - Rare drop from any Silver Knight.

Silver Knight Str. Sword - Rare drop from a Silver Knight that is using a sword.

Silver Knight Spear - Rare drop from a Silver Knight that is using a spear.

Smough's Hammer - Crafted. Requires Smough's Soul and a +10 club.

Stone Greatshield - Rare drop from any Great Stone Knight.

Stone Greatsword - Rare drop from any Great Stone Knight.

Tin Darkmoon Catalyst - Crafted. Requires Gwyndolin's Soul and catalyst (no upgrades needed).

Velka's Rapier - After using the Annex key in The Painted World of Ariamis, go up the stairs and turn right to see some wooden boards. Smash through them and the Rapier can be found behind them.

Sorceries - Wisdom of a Sage Trophy

Aural Decoy - Purchase from Griggs for 1000 souls.

Cast Light - Purchase from Dusk of Oolacile for 1000 souls.

Chameleon - Purchase from Dusk of Oolacile for 3000 souls.

Crystal Magic Weapon - Purchase from Big Hat Logan when he's in Duke's Archives for 20000 souls.

Crystal Soul Spear - Purchase from Big Hat Logan when he's in Duke's Archives for 50000 souls.

Fall Control - Purchase from Griggs for 1500 souls.

Hush - In Sen's Fortress a boulder rolls down the stairs and you have to run up them to switch the direction of the mechanism. Go back down the same stairs and where there is a broken pillar, drop down on to a snake soldier, go right to find this sorcery.

Great Heavy Soul Arrow - Purchase from Griggs for 8000 souls.

Great Magic Weapon - When you first get to Anor Londo, you will fight a gargoyle, after that you'll have traverse some rafters. Cut down the chandelier in the middle of this room, the sorcery is inside, then use the revolving stairs to retrieve it.

Great Soul Arrow - Purchase from Griggs for 6000 souls.

Heavy Soul Arrow - Purchase from Griggs for 2000 souls.

Hidden Body - Purchase from Dusk of Oolacile for 2000 souls.

Hidden Weapon - Purchase from Dusk of Oolacile for 2000 souls.

Homing Crystal Soulmass - Purchase from Big Hat Logan when he's in Duke's Archives for 30000 souls.

Homing Soulmass - Purchase from Big Hat Logan for 20000 souls.

Magic Shield - Purchase from Griggs for 3000 souls.

Magic Weapon - Purchase from Griggs for 3000 souls.

Remedy - Halfway up the water wheel that leads out of Blighttown

Repair - Purchase from Dusk of Oolacile for 10000 souls.

Resist Curse - Purchase from Inward in New Londo Ruins for 5000 souls.

Soul Arrow - Purchase from Griggs for 1000 souls.

Soul Spear - Purchase from Big Hat Logan for 40000 souls.

Strong Magic Shield - In a chest near one of the channelers in Duke's Archives.

White Dragon Breath - Dropped by Big Hat Logan after you kill him in Duke's Archives once he loses his mind.

Pyromancies - Bond of a Pyromancer Trophy

Acid Surge - Behind a wall to the right of where King Jeremiah spawns in The Painted World of Ariamis.

Chaos Fire Whip - In Lost Izalith. It's in a chest to the right of the boss fog for Bed of Chaos.

Chaos Storm - In Quelaag's domian you can speak to her sister and join the Chaos Covenant. Do that then offer 30 humanity to receive this pyromancy.

Combustion - Purchase from Laurentius or Quelaana for 500 souls.

Fire Orb - Purchase from Laurentius or Quelaana for 8000 souls.

Fire Surge - Behind an illusionary wall in the underground section of The Painted World of Ariamis. Where the Wheel Skeletons are.

Fire Tempest - Once you kill Bed of Chaos is Lost Izalith, go back and speak to Quelana in the Blighttown swamp, she will give you this pyromancy.

Fireball - Purchase from Laurentius or Quelaana for 800 souls.

Firestorm - Purchase from Quelaana for 30000 souls.

Firewhip - Purchase from Quelaana for 10000 souls.

Flesh Sweat - Purchase from Laurentius for 2000 souls.

Great Chaos Fireball - Join the Chaos Servant Covenant and you'll receive it.

Great Combustion - Purchase from Quelaana for 5000 souls.

Great Fireball - Purchase from Quelaana for 20000 souls.

Iron Flesh - Purchase from Laurentius for 2000 souls.

Poison Mist - Found in the swamp of Blighttown, across from the bonfire, or purchase from Eingyi for 10000 souls.

Power Within - Kill the giant squid looking creature halfway down Blighttown, it's guarding it.

Toxic Mist - Purchase from Eingyi for 20000 souls.

Undead Report - Purchase from Quelaana for 10000 souls.

Miracles - Prayers of a Maiden

​

Bountiful Sunlight - Dropped by one of the two Pisaca (Octopus enemies) next to Big Hat Logan's cell in The Duke's Archives.

Darkmoon Blade - In Anor Londo. Take the main rotating lift to the bottom and enter the room with a bonfire there. Equip the Darkmoon Seance Ring that can be found in The Catacombs and the main statue will disappear. Go down the stairs and join the Darkmoon Covenant and offer 10 Souvenirs of Reprisal.

Emit Force - Given to you by Seigmeyer of Catarina when you see him in Firelink Shrine. To get him to appear there you will need to have helped him in Sen's Fortress and Anor Londo.

Force - Purchase from Petrus for 4000 souls.

Gravelord Greatsword Dance - In the Catacombs. Join the Gravelord Servant Covenant and offer 10 Eyes of Death.

Gravelord Sword Dance - In the Catacombs. Join the Gravelord Servant Covenant.

Great Heal - Purchase from Rhea for 10000 souls.

Great Heal Excerpt - Purchase from Petrus of Thorolund for 10000 souls.

Great Lightning Spear - In Undead Parish. From the bonfire underneath the red dragon, go right and you'll see a broken statue. This is the Warrior of Sunlight covenant. You will need 25 faith to join it. Once joined, offer 10 sunlight medals.

Great Magic Barrier - Inside the middle tree in Ash Lake. Climb round the back of the tree to reach it.

Heal - Purchase from Petrus of Thorolund for 4000 souls.

Homeward - Purchase from Petrus of Thorolund for 8000 souls.

Karmic Justice - Purchase from Oswald for 40000 souls.

Lightning Spear - In Undead Parish. From the bonfire underneath the red dragon, go right and you'll see a broken statue. This is the Warrior of Sunlight covenant. You will need 25 faith to join it.

Magic Barrier - Purchase from Rhea for 6000 souls.

Replenishment - Save Rhea in The Tomb of the Giants by killing her now hollow guards. Then talk to her again to get this miracle.

Seek Guidance - Purchase from Petrus for 2000 souls.

Soothing Sunlight - Dropped by one of the two Pisaca (Octopus enemies) next to Big Hat Logan's cell in The Duke's Archives.

Sunlight Blade - After defeating Dark Sun Gwyndolin in Anor Londo, follow the hallway to find this miracle in a chest.

Sunlight Spear - In Undead Parish. From the bonfire underneath the red dragon, go right and you'll see a broken statue. This is the Warrior of Sunlight covenant. You will need 25 faith to join it. Once joined, offer Gwyn's soul.

Tranquil Walk of Peace - In The Catacombs. After rotating the second spiked bridge so you can cross, follow the path and you'll see a very obviously breakable wall. Smash it and follow the path, before jumping down at the end look to the right for a ladder. The Miracle is up there.

Vow of Silence - At the top of the tower where the four harpies are in The Painted World of Ariamis.

Wrath of the Gods - Purchase from Rhea for 10000 souls.
