Below is a checklist of all of the gestures, sorceries, miracles, pyromancies, and hexes that are needed for trophies or achievements in Dark Souls II. This list is meant to accompany my Darks Souls II video series which can be found HERE.

Mock - Learn from Straid of Olaphis in Lost Bastille. (The boss spell guy).

Fist Pump - Learn from Creighton the Wanderer in Huntsman's Copse. (In the cave at the start of the area).

Duel Bow - Learn from Blue Sentinel Targray in Cathedral of Blue. (Where you fight Old Dragonslayer).

Praise the Sun - Learn from the Altar of Sunlight in Harvest Valley. (Left after the bridge before entering the building).

Prostration - Learn from Laddersmith Gilligan in Earthen Peak. (On the outside of the building, halfway up).

Joy - Learn from Benhart of Jugo on the way to Shaded Woods. (You need to unpetrify Rosabeth of Melfia first).

Decapitate - Learn from Head of Vengarl in Shaded Woods. (Up the hill to the left in the extremely foggy area).

Warmup - Learn from Manscorpion Tark in Shaded Woods after defeating Scorpioness Najka. (You need the Ring of Whispers from Sweet Shalquoir in Majula to speak to him).

This One's Me! - Learn from Chancellor Wellager in Drangleic Castle. (The invisible guy at the entrance).

Have Mercy! - Learn from Grave Warden Agdayne in Undead Crypt. (The guy who doesn't like light).

Hurrah! - Learn from Captain Drummon in Memory of Vammar. (He's right at the start of the memory lying on the floor).

Sorceries - Master of Sorcery Trophy

​

Soul Arrow - Purchase from Merchant Hag Melentia, Magerold of Lanafir or Carhillion of the Fold (1,500 Souls).

Great Soul Arrow - Found in Forest of Fallen Giants in the room with the ballistas, under the first Pursuer encounter.

Heavy Soul Arrow - Purchase from Magerold of Lanafir or Carhillion of the Fold (2,000 Souls).

Great Heavy Soul Arrow - Purchase from Magerold of Lanafir or Carhillion of the Fold (4,500 Souls). Also found in Earthern Peak just past the room where you meet Mild-Mannered Pate.

Homing Soul Arrow - Purchase from Straid of Olaphis or Weaponsmith Ornifex (6,500 Souls).

Heavy Homing Soul Arrow - Trade the Ruin Sentinel Soul with Straid of Olaphis.

Homing Soulmass - Purchase from Weaponsmith Ornifex (6,000 Souls). Also found in Shaded Ruins in a chest next to Darkdiver Grandahl.

Homing Crystal Soulmass - Found in Shrine of Amana. From Rhoy's Resting Place bonfire head out of the cave to the circular ruin with lots of enemies. The spell is on a corpse at the back of the ruins. Watch you don't fall in the water.

Soul Spear - Purchase from Grave Warden Agdayne (12,000 Souls). Also found in Huntsman's Copse in the hut you have to drop down into just to the right of the switch for the second bridge.

Crystal Soul Spear - Trade the Old Paledrake Soul (Duke's Dear Freja in NG+) with Straid of Olaphis.

Shockwave - Purchase from Carhillion of the Fold (1,800 Souls).

Soul Spear Barrage - Purchase from Carhillion of the Fold (2,600 Souls).

Soul Shower - Trade the Soul of Scorpioness Najka with Straid of Olaphis.

Soul Greatsword - Found in Drangleic Castle. From the bonfire after the Twin Dragonriders boss fight, go straight ahead until you reach a lift, use the ladder on the right and climb to the top. Go through the room with the stone soldiers and the giant and the spell is in one of the two chests in the next room.

Soul Vortex - Purchase from Grave Warden Agdayne (10,400 Souls). Also found behind the locked door in the pit in Majula, you'll need the Forgotten Key.

Soul Bolt - Found in Drangleic Castle. Directly after defeating the Looking Glass Knight, continue until you find a lift in the floor, don't use it, instead look for a chest on the left-hand side.

Soul Geyser - Found in Aldia's Keep. In the caged off acid room with the naked mole rat looking enemies, just past the secret bonfire. Strip off before entering.

Magic Weapon - Purchase from Carhillion of the Fold (2,000 Souls).

Great Magic Weapon - Purchase from Royal Sorcerer Navlaan (6,000 Souls). Also found in Black Gulch. There is cave to the left of the first area with all of the oil pools. Found in a chest in this cave.

Crystal Magic Weapon - Found in Dragon Shrine. After defeating the third Drake Keeper (the one with just a sword), go left and drop down, follow this path until you climb to the top of a tower and are invaded. In this room will be the petrified egg. Drop out of this room on the right carefully on to a ledge. The spell is in a chest on this ledge.

Strong Magic Shield - Purchase from Straid of Olaphis or Royal Sorcerer Navlaan (6,300 Souls). Also found in Drangleic Castle. After the Twin Dragonriders take the lift all the way to the top of the castle to a room with a caged Milfanito, the spell is in on of the chests in this room.

Yearn - Purchase from Carhillion of the Fold (3,000 Souls).

Hush - Found in The Lost Bastille. In the Ruin Sentinel boss room there are four hidden rooms. It's in the one on the left wall. Use X along the wall to find the hidden room.

Fall Control - Purchase from Magerold of Lanafir or Weaponsmith Ornifex (4,800 Souls).

Hidden Weapon - Achieve the second rank of the Bell Keeper Covenant. (Kill 30 invaders in Belfry Sol or Belfry Luna).

Repair - Found in Shaded Ruins. From the bonfire go forward and exit the initial ruin. To the left at about 10 o' clock is a chest guarded by a petrified lion warrior, use a fragrant branch of yore, kill him and open the chest.

Cast Light - Purchase from Straid of Olaphis or Darkdiver Grandahl (3,000 Souls).

Chameleon - Found in Harvest Valley. In the second acid pit there are two large enemies, Dark Magic Giants. The spell is in this pit.

Unleash Magic - Get it from Royal Sorcerer Navlaan for completing the fourth part of his killing spree (Emerald Herald), bring him the aged feather and you will get the spell in return. You need to be hollow to speak to him.

Soul Flash - Found in the first area of the Ivory King DLC. Following the initial path to the right in the DLC, you will come across a lift with lots of coffins on it. To move the lift you need to continue on the path and eventually you'll end up above the lift, pull the switch up there and you will be able to get behind the lift on the ground floor and open the chest.

Focus Souls - Found in the Sunken King DLC. Follow the main path and eventually you'll get to a long bridge with two guards on it. A dragon will swoop in and kill the guards. Don't cross the bridge, instead follow the path to the right and you'll find this spell on a corpse.

Miracles - Master of Miracles Trophy

​

Heal - Purchase from Merchant Hag Melentia or Licia of Lindeldt (1,500 Souls).

Med Heal - Purchase from Licia of Lindeldt (3,000 Souls).

Great Heal Excerpt - Purchase from Licia of Lindeldt (4,500 Souls).

Great Heal - Purchase from Cromwell the Pardoner ( 8,000 Souls). Also found in Grave of Saints. After the Grave of Saints you'll drop onto a wooden bridge. Drop off this bridge and this spell can be found underneath it.

Soothing Sunlight - You get it from defeating Licia of Lindeldt, but only if you invade her using the Crushed Eye Orb. The Crushed Eye Orb is found in Undead Crypt. After speaking to Grave Warden Agdayne, you'll enter a large open area, drop down to the left here (carefully) and then climb the ladder to find it.

Replenishment - Purchase from Licia of Lindeldt or Cromwell the Pardoner (3,000 Souls).

Resplendent Life - Purchase from Licia of Lindeldt or Straid of Olaphis (4,500 Souls).

Bountiful Sunlight - Purchase from Chancellor Wellager in NG++ (11,000 Souls).

Caressing Prayer - Purchase from Licia of Lindeldt (2,000 Souls).

Force - Purchase from Licia of Lindeldt (1,800 Souls).

Wrath of the Gods - Purchase from Chancellor Wellager in NG++ (8,200 Souls).

Emit Force - Purchase from Cromwell the Pardoner (4,200 Souls).

Heavenly Thunder - Purchase from Blue Sentinel Targray, need to be in Blue Sentinel Covenant, or Cromwell the Pardoner (3,000 Souls).

Lightning Spear - Purchase from Licia of Lindeldt (6,000 Souls). Also found in Earthern Peak. Go through the door past Mild-Mannered Pate, then drop down to the right to find this spell in a chest.

Great Lightning Spear - Purchase from Straid of Olaphis, after you have the King's Ring (13,000 Souls). Also found behind the locked door in the pit in Majula, you'll need the Forgotten Key.

Sunlight Spear - Achieve the third rank of the Sun Covenant. (Offer 30 Sunlight Medals, these can be farmed by killing Falconers).

Soul Appease - Purchase from Stone Trader Chloanne or Grave Warden Agdayne (8,800 Souls).

Blinding Bolt - Trade the Old King Soul (Old Iron King in NG+) with Straid of Olaphis.

Magic Barrier - Purchase from Felkin the Outcast or Head of Vengarl (2,700 Souls).

Great Magic Barrier  - Purchase from Chancellor Wellager (9,300 Souls). Also found in Aldia's Keep. Go up the first set of stairs on the right, then hook to the right at the top, next to the mirrors, and the spell will be in a chest at the end.

Homeward - Purchase from Licia of Lindeldt (2,400 Souls).

Guidance- Purchase from Licia of Lindeldt (3,700 Souls).

Sacred Oath - Trade the Soul of Velstadt with Straid of Olaphis.

Unveil - Purchase from Straid of Olaphis (2,200 Souls).

Perseverance - Purchase from Cromwell the Pardoner (3,500 Souls).

Sunlight Blade - Purchase from Straid of Olaphis (12,400 Souls). Also found in Shrine of Amana. From the second bonfire continue until you get to a hut, there will an ogre to the right of it. Behind the ogre is an almost invisible path, walk to the end of this path to find a chest with this spell in it.

Denial - Found in the Sunken King DLC. In the second area of the DLC, Dragon's Sanctum, you'll get to a room with a spike floor. Follow this room around and you'll see a large round door that needs to be rotated using a switch on the floor. The spell is in a chest on the other side of this door.

Splintering Lightning Spear - Found in the first area of the Ivory King DLC. After the second bonfire, you'll find yourself on the castle walls again. After the switch for the coffin lift and before dropping down onto the bridge there will be a tower to right, facing out towards the very first bonfire, the tower has an invisible ladder leading up to the top that can only be seen when you have the Eye of the Priestess. You can still climb it when it's invisible, the spell is in a chest at the top.

Pyromancies - Master of Pyromancy Trophy

​

Fireball - Purchase from Rosabeth of Melfia (1,200 Souls). Also found in No-Man's Wharf. In a chest directly after defeating the Flexile Sentry.

Fire Orb - Purchase from Rosabeth of Melfia (3,400 Souls).

Great Fireball - Found in Brightstone Cove Tseldora. After defeating Duke's Dear Freja, get the Brightstone Key by killing the guy in the library after the boss fight. Then go back to the large room just before the boss fight where all of the spiders drop down. You can now unlock the door to the right in there and the spell is in a chest behind the door.

Great Chaos Fireball - Purchase from Chancellor Wellager in NG++ (17,400 Souls).

Firestorm - Purchase from Titchy Gren (4,500 Souls). Also found in Drangleic Castle. After the Twin Dragonriders boss fight you will climb a ladder and go through a couple of rooms that eventually lead to a large hall with an Executioner's Chariot (Large horse enemy), after defeating that go up the stairs and head right to find a chest that contains this spell.

Fire Tempest - Found in Shrine of Amana. After the bridge with the Dragonrider there is a hut, go through the hut and there will be open water directly ahead of you once you exit. In the distance you should see some curse urns, to the left of those is a chest containing this spell. Use a torch to see the floor easier. Also found in Dragon Aerie. Dropped by the second dragon that you can fight.

Chaos Storm - Found in Iron Keep. In the second lava area inside the keep there will be a lot of enemies on different platforms. It's the area where you can flip a switch and a new platform comes down with fire turrets. To the left of this area is an archer on a lower platform. This platform has stairs leading down to the lava, at the end of the lava path is a chest containing this spell. You will need extremely high fire resistance to make it. The smelter demon armour set, flame quartz ring, small orange burr, rolling through water urns, flash sweat, and constant health regen like Elizabeth mushrooms can all help with this.

Combustion - Purchase from Rosabeth of Melfia (1,500 Souls). Also can be found in Huntsman's Copse. When you are walking on the left side of a large chasm just before the Skeleton Lords boss, you will notice a sorcerer shooting spells at you from the right. Carry on and go through the cave system to get to where the sorcerer was stood, you'll find this spell on a corpse there.

Great Combustion - Purchase from Titchy Gren (4,800 Souls). Also found in Drangleic Castle. Before actually entering the castle you'll be faced with a large door that's controlled by two giants that require souls. To the right of this main entrance is a chest containing this spell.

Fire Whip - Purchase from Titchy Gren (3,800 Souls).

Poison Mist - Purchase from Rosabeth of Melfia (3,400 Souls).

Toxic Mist - Trade the Royal Rat Vanguard Soul with Straid of Olaphis.

Acid Surge - Trade the Royal Rat Authority Soul with Straid of Olaphis.

Lingering Flame - Purchase from Straid of Olaphis (6,700 Souls).

Flame Swathe - Purchase from Straid of Olaphis (9,500 Souls).

Forbidden Sun - Get it from Royal Sorcerer Navlaan for completing the third part of his killing spree (Felkin the Outcast), bring him the sunset staff and you will get the spell in return. You need to be hollow to speak to him.

Flame Weapon - Trade the Old Witch Soul (The Lost Sinner in NG+) with Straid of Olaphis.

Flash Sweat - Purchase from Rosabeth of Melfia (2,300 Souls).

Iron Flesh - Purchase from Rosabeth of Melfia (3,500 Souls).

Warmth - Purchase from Grave Warden Agdayne (5,200 Souls).

Immolation - Found in Belfry Sol. After finishing the area and passing through the fog gate, this spell will be in a chest directly ahead of you.

Fire Snake - Found in the Brume Tower area of the Old Iron King DLC. To left of the Foyer bonfire there is a locked door. Behind where you insert the Iron Sceptre. The key for this door, the Tower Key, can be found in the outside area on the floor below. The spell is found in one of the chests behind this door. Bring curse resistance.

Dance of Fire - Found in the Brume Tower area of the Old Iron King DLC. Near the start of the area you'll go down a ladder and there will be the second Ashen Idol in front of you. To the right is a room and this spell can be found in there on the floor.

Outcry - Trade the Soul of Nadalia with Straid of Olaphis. The twelve parts of the Soul of Nadalia are found in the Brume Tower area of the Old Iron King DLC. You get them by using smelter wedges in the Ashen Idols.

Hexes - Master of Hexes Trophy

​

Dark Orb - Purchase from Straid of Olaphis, Felkin the Outcast or Darkdiver Grandahl (600 Souls).

Dark Hail - Purchase from Straid of Olaphis, Magerold of Lanafir or Darkdiver Grandahl (1,500 Souls).

Dark Fog - Purchase from Straid of Olaphis (5,200 Souls). Also found in The Gutter. Right at the bottom of the area, there are lots of jars and items on the floor. This spell is in the jar to the left of the armour/ring degrading jars on the way out.

Affinity - Purchase from Straid of Olaphis (11,500 Souls).

Dead Again - Purchase from Stone Trader Chloanne (4,000 Souls).

Dark Weapon - Purchase from Felkin the Outcast (2,700 Souls).

Whisper of Despair - Found in Grave of Saints. There are a lot of Pharros locks in the area, but only two matter, the ones in front of the drawbridges, either one will do. Use a lockstone, cross the bridge and you'll find this spell in the next area. Watch out for rats.

Repel - Trade the Giant Lord Soul with Straid of Olaphis.

Twisted Barricade - Found in Doors of Pharros. Continue past the bonfire in to the large open room with the water logged floor. Go to the back right corner and into the next room, climb the ladder and this spell will be at the top.

Numbness - Trade the Old Dead One Soul (The Rotten in NG+) with Straid of Olaphis.

Dark Greatsword - Found in the second area of the Sunken King DLC. At the start of Dragon's Sanctum there is a locked door to the left, just after crossing the dragon bridge. The key for this door is in a room just of from the large spike-floored room later in Dragon's Shrine. Once you have the key, enter the room, climb the ladders, the run across the bridge to the right. Once across the bridge there is a lift, ride this lift down and jump off half way to find a chest containing this spell.

Recollection - Found in the Brume Tower area of the Old Iron King DLC. During the DLC you cross a chain to another tower that is completely dark inside. This is the second large chain you'll cross. Take the ladder down to the circular room with all of the doors and this spell is found behind one of the doors. This is the same tower where you find the Iron Sceptre.

Scraps of Life - Purchase from Cromwell the Pardoner (2,200 Souls). Also found in Black Gulch. Next to the first large worm enemy in Black Gulch there is a pot containing an item, this spell.

Darkstorm - Purchase from Magerold of Lanafir or Darkdiver Grandahl (4,700 Souls).

Resonant Soul - Purchase from Felkin the Outcast (1,100 Souls). Also a rewarded for reaching the first rank of the Pilgrims of the Dark covenant.

Great Resonant Soul - Purchase from Felkin the Outcast (3,400 Souls). Also rewarded for reaching the second rank of the Pilgrims of the Dark covenant.

Climax - Rewarded for reaching the third rank of the Pilgrims of the Dark covenant.

Resonant Flesh - Purchase from Felkin the Outcast (3,400 Souls).

Resonant Weapon  - Purchase from Felkin the Outcast (4,000 Souls).

Lifedrain Patch - Trade the Darklurker soul with Straid of Olaphis.

Profound Still - Purhcase from Darkdiver Grandahl (13,000 Souls).

Promised Walk of Peace - Found in the first area of the Sunken King DLC. During the first area, Shulva, you'll come to an open area with lots of towers that can be raised and lowered using the hittable monolith switches. At the very end of this area before it curves back round there is switch hidden behind some statues with red eyes. It's set back in rock across a gap. Use a bow to hit the switch that is behind the statues, it may take a few attempts, but you can get it, then walk across the platform that raises up. At the end of this area with all of the poison spitters you'll find this spell.

Dark Dance - Found in the first area of the Ivory King DLC. After the second bonfire, you'll be in a snowy area with some of the hard-hitting ice enemies and several of the white enemies that just sit there. This spell can be found on a snowy edge above you, just before the stairs. Go in between the buildings to the right to get to it.
